Welcome back! The NFL never sleeps and neither do I. Seriously I think the coffee at work is way too strong. After a flurry of free agency moves and the 2026 NFL Draft, the rankings have gone topsy turvy in places, but mostly the great teams stayed great, and the bad teams stayed bad. Alright see you all in a few months for the pre-season...ok, ok, we should probably talk about this, no?
The Seahawks and Rams stay 1 and 2, but the Broncos vault up to 3 due to their continued upward trend and solid offseason so far. The Patriots at 4 had some questionable picks, but some decent free agency moves and the rumors of an AJ Brown trade could keep them hella dangerous. Bears and Niners hang at 5th and 6ths, while the Eagles fly up 4 spots to 7th with some solid picks and moves, 2025 baggage the rearview mirror.
Wait, how the...ugh, f'ing Chiefs snuck up 13 spots up to 8th with everyone saying how perfect their draft class was, Eric Bienemy returning as OC, a possible reuniting with Tyreek Hill, and Mahomes somehow returning from a recent ACL tear by week 1??? I assume maximum misery for me when it comes to these guys til proven otherwise.
Bills, Bills, Bills...overpaying for DJ Moore, drafting poorly as usual in all the important rounds? Not adequately addressing WR? (though I'm quietly excited for Skylar Bell to exceed expectations). Should've followed my 20-point Superbowl plan. Instead you're just 9th.
Ravens perch at 10th, up 5 spots and looking strong again with a great draft and healthy Lamar. Lions up a few to 11th, Packers and Texans fall to 12th and 13th, Chargers hang around at 14th, and those Bengals are quietly rebuilding a promising young D-core to go with their already great O-core, they pounce up to 15th. Just stay healthy, Joe. The Jaguars were a less successful cat this offseason with a ton of questionable moves and a TERRIBLE draft grade consensus among analysts. They tumble 9 spots, blech.
Quickly catching up are the Giants, growing more Giant by the day. Harbaugh's influence is really starting to show with some 4D chess trade and free agency moves coupled with an incredible top half of their draft. They're up 5 to 17th.
A lot of other teams shuffled around so be sure to read the full list on our site to catch up. I will say that the Browns deserve the 7 spot leap even though they're the Browns...they stole all the players I liked from the draft! Sorry KC Concepcion, really wish you could've been a Bill. The Falcons seem rudderless, QB1-less, and possibly via trade, Pitt-less? And the Jets went up 4 for now cause they "nailed the draft", but how many times have we heard THAT before?
OK, we can argue this all we want on paper, but ultimately let's see how this all pans out once these teams all start actually playing eh? Til then, stay frosty...
